Nick was AWESOME! Nick should be an employee of the month! I came in and said: "I am going to hike in Iceland and I have nothing!". Nick helped from start to finish to pick everything I needed, by being proactive and selecting the pieces ahead of time, in problem-solving my last-minute problems, and Nick also understood when the bill was too expensive and I had to remove items (Nick also helped my decision-making process), and on top of all, everyone at the store was very sweet and kind to my dog Ziggy. Great experience! Thank you Nick for being customer obsessed!

Luce (shortened for Lucey, sp?) was immensely helpful at the Old Town store. Looking only to repair one of my favorite jackets after a decade of use, your sales team honored a lifetime warranty and found a suitable replacement, free of charge. I cannot thank you enough.

Excellent customer service. The staffing here is superb! Friendly shopping and fitting help, no rushing or pressure into purchasing anything. I felt a genuine wish from the staff to find the garments to suit my needs and wants. The store itself is well stocked up in all sizes and colors. The layout is good, and there is plenty of space. The prices are good for the quality and service provided. Highly recommend this store.

Amazing store that’s guided me through some great investments over the last few years especially with my outerwear! Love the management team and their knowledge / customer support. Would love to see more green colorways in store :-)

I had an excellent return experience in the Old Town Patagonia location thanks to Alex. The return was hassle-free, the store was immaculate, and the staff were all friendly coming and going. Parking is always an adventure in Old Town, but I got street parking less than a block away (after a few trips around). Thanks for your help, Alex!

What sets the Old Town Patagonia apart is their integration into the community. The team members go above and beyond to assist and welcome each and every customer (both human and dog!). The store regularly embraces the "shop local" mentality by bringing in local vendors and non-profits. As an old theater, they participate in ongoing community events and outreach while using their venue to host film nights. While I can thank my furry shopping companion for lunging into the store on her daily walks, every product that I have purchased has been of superior quality. All of the team members are extremely knowledgeable and are quick to offer assistance with sizing/color and product performance.

From the moment I walked in, this was a fantastic customer service experience. I was warmly greeted at the door, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The artwork throughout the store is absolutely stunning, and the interior design — especially the stage-like setup at the checkout area — made the visit feel special. Even if you're just stopping in to browse, the atmosphere alone is worth the trip. Truly a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Helpful staff for a return + new jacket, gorgeous space that revitalized an old historic building, and a great kids area! Popped in to return an online purchase that wasn’t the right size. Staff were quick to greet and helpful throughout the process. I then was browsing the men’s stuff and staff were present enough if I had questions, but not overbearing or hovering. The color I ultimately settled on was only in-stock online, so they helped place the order at the cashier. To top it off, our son loved the kid’s play area and checking out the 3rd floor. Very sweet view!! Overall a very unique space with lots of character.
